Primary Functions:

Sales Support:
• Work closely with the owner and other sales professionals to ensure the customer experience is exceptional

Coordination:
• Manage the inventory, sales, and service processes from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with the office team and General Manager to ensure the prompt processing of vehicle sales, purchases, and service.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle transportation (to/from customers and to/from trade shows)
• Organize travel plans
• Organize special events
• Coordinate office and showroom needs

Administration:
• Provide administrative support to Management and Sales Staff
• Other Duties as assigned

Processing:
• Process all administrative tasks related to vehicle Sales and Purchasing

Requirements: The ideal candidate must have the following
• A minimum of 15 years administrative experience preferably in one or more of the following industries: Automotive, Legal, Banking and Customer Service
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience in lieu of degree considered)
• Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Proven Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Proven Ability to take Initiative, Ownership and be Accountable.
• Follow up and follow through skills are MUST
• Proven Ability to Manage their
• Workload/Responsibilities, Meet Deadlines, and work Efficiently
• Exceptional Organizational and Time Management skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products

Verrillo Motor Car (VMC) is a leader in Corvette, Luxury & Muscle Car Restorations and Restomods. We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team at our Clifton Park, NY location. VMC builds vehicles for customers all over the world and has been recognized on the covers of Hemmings Muscle Machines, Super Chevy, Corvette World, just to name a few. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a ton of fun while working on Classic Muscle cars, Restorations, Restomods and Luxury vehicles. Responsibilities:
• Restore vehicles to their original structural state, function, and appearance
• Complete Restoration and Restomod Projects Work with various metals, fiberglass, plastics, glass, electrical and mechanical parts
• Custom Fabrication
• Perform work as outlined in a timely fashion with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with manufacturers' and VMC specifications
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• The ideal candidate must have the following:
• A minimum of 15 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician
• ASE and I-CAR Certifications
• Knowledge of all current aspects of auto body repair processes and procedures
• Experience working with fiberglass and Corvettes
• Welding experience
• Ability to quickly assess and diagnose repair needs
• Must have Own set of Tools
• Ability to identify problems/issues quickly
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Exceptional Organizational and Time Management skills
• Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Proven Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Proven Ability to take Initiative, Ownership & be Accountable. Follow up and follow through skills are a MUST

We are seeking an experienced Certified Automotive Service Technician. Here at Verrillo Motor Car we work on a variety of cars from Muscle Cars, Restorations, Restomods and Corvettes to Luxury Cars, Trucks and SUV’s. Our busy Shop is seeking a qualified Technician that is enthusiastic and ready to join a fun, committed team of Automotive Specialists. This is a rare opportunity, do not miss out!

Responsibilities:
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Test-drive vehicles, testing components and systems to diagnose issues Execute repairs specified on the repair order to manufacturer and Verrillo Motor Car specifications
• Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer

Requirements:
• The ideal candidate must have the following: A minimum of 20 years of experience as an automotive technician
• ASE Certification
• Must have Own set of Tools
• Must have a strong working mechanical knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, diagnostic equipment, etc.
• Must have a strong working mechanical knowledge of both classic and modern cars
• Ability to quickly assess and diagnose repair needs
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Exceptional Organizational and Time Management skills
• Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Proven Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
